Haven't logged in my Employee stock plan in Etrade for a couple of months, if I try now, immediately after I enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number. I punch in my number but it says it's not supported.

Jun 2, 2024 · The email address is techsupport at etrade dot com (not allowed to actually put the email here) . I've emailed but gotten no response. I'm honestly not sure how to proceed at this point, I don't know if I need to get an attorney to draft a letter or what since etrade has apparently hijacked my account at this point.
Mar 16, 2021 · If you having issues with loading certain aspects on etrade it may be your browser. My portfolio and my options information were not loading when i logged to my account through chrome. I logged in through Internet Explorer and everything works fine. Hope this helps somebody.

Krautboy06 Locked out of account because Etrade won’t accept my phone number I went to log onto my Etrade app and after logging on it asks me for my phone number for 2 factor authentication.
